In 1998 within the BIGRAM S.A. stucture, a new BIGRAM Management&Investment company was created.

In effect, executive search division was created, which, in 2002, signed an association agreement with global independent network of Executive Search Company - IIC Partners offering since then its services under a new logo.

Constant and active cooperation of companies associated in the organization enables a regular exchange of experiences as well as a mutual support during the implementation of projects.
