Management Audit
Management Audit is a method aiming at recognizing and defining the level ofthe managerial staff.
Management Audit aims at comparing the compatibility of individual competency profiles of managers with the models required on the specific posts and at presenting the recommendations regarding the optimal use of each manager's potential.
Management Audit is carried out by a team of experienced consultants co-operating with the customer in accordance with the established methodology. Usually this process is composed of following stages. Determining the purpose of conducted audit in the light of adopted strategy
- discussion of the peculiarity of the audited posts and key competences
- suggesting adequate tools and the schedule of the process
- carrying out the research (interviews, exercises, test sessions)
- preparing the rapports (customer, participants) that would include conclusions and recommendations
- summarizing the audit (feedback)
